White Peak Distillery marks its 10th anniversary with Wire Works Caduro X, a limited-edition single malt English whisky produced in only 1,000 bottles. This milestone expression reflects a decade of Derbyshire craftsmanship and celebrates the distillery's journey since its founding in 2016 at the historic Johnson & Nephew Wire Works site in Ambergate.

Caduro X is a vatting of first-fill ex-bourbon barrels and signature STR (shaved, toasted and re-charred) ex-red wine casks. The whisky incorporates both regular and alternate distillation cut-points to enhance its brighter, more tropical fruit-forward profile alongside subtle peat influence. Bottled at 46.8% ABV, this non-chill filtered expression is presented at natural colour and showcases White Peak's commitment to flavour complexity.

The whisky delivers a rich, sweet and spicy character layered with orchard and tropical fruits, toffee, and chocolate, finishing with gentle smoke. On the nose, expect banoffee pie, citrus zest and hints of peat, while the palate reveals cinnamon rolls, pineapple, milk chocolate and soft wood smoke on the finish.
