The Glenturret, one of Scotland's oldest working distilleries located in Crieff, unveils Eclosion – a limited-edition single malt celebrating the moment of emerging and unfolding flavors. This exclusive release of just 4,650 bottles showcases the distillery's commitment to thoughtful cask selection and balance. The name reflects the birth of flavor and the whisky's distinctive depth and freshness.

Eclosion is matured primarily in European oak PX sherry casks, which traditionally deliver rich notes of dried fruit and spice. A carefully chosen American oak puncheon contributes subtle influence – a deliberate selection that brings clarity and refinement to the whisky. Bob Dalgarno, Whisky Maker at The Glenturret, oversaw maturation and determined the perfect moment for bottling. Released without an age statement at 46.2% ABV.

The nose reveals pineapple, citrus compote, vanilla crème, and a delicate touch of gingery oak. On the palate, citrus, pineapple, and orange oil emerge alongside gentle oak and subtle cinnamon notes. The finish is warm, elegant, and fruity, with well-integrated wood tones that linger gracefully.
