Tamdhu Distillery Team Single Cask 2026

Tamdhu has unveiled an exclusive single cask release from their 2026 collection: Cask No. 2197. This whisky represents a collaborative selection by the entire distillery team—not individual preference, but collective judgment and trust built over years of working with the same spirit. After evaluating dozens of casks, Craig, Andy, and their colleagues unanimously chose this exceptional barrel.

This 13-year-old Speyside single malt was matured in an American oak sherry hogshead and bottled at a robust 58.9% ABV. The release is strictly limited to just 345 individually numbered bottles, making it a prized addition for collectors.

The nose reveals bright, fresh fruit with raspberry and golden syrup, followed by hazelnut and white chocolate. The palate delivers berries and tropical fruits, beautifully balanced by gentle spice and the dryness of Oloroso sherry. The finish is soft and lingering, with vanilla and red apple notes that fade gracefully.
