Old Perth has unveiled a highly limited edition blended malt bringing together five exceptional Speyside distillates, each fully matured in first-fill Pedro Ximénez sherry casks. This release follows the instant sell-out of a Pedro Ximénez favourite in 2023, now elevated further through complete maturation in premium first-fill PX butts and hogsheads. Morrison Scotch Whisky Distillers, the independent family-owned company behind Old Perth, has crafted something truly special for sherry enthusiasts.

Bottled at a robust 54.3% ABV, this cask-strength expression showcases the full richness of its sherry maturation. The combination of five Speyside distilleries creates a complex, layered base that has been entirely aged in first-fill Pedro Ximénez casks. Non-chill filtered and with no added colour, this whisky retains its natural depth and character.

On the nose: Dried fruit and spices mingle with ginger and cherry notes. The palate delivers caramel and toffee alongside dried spices and warming ginger. The finish lingers with toffee and spice warmth.
