This expression showcases the innovative brand's commitment to reviving the historical practice of whisky bonding in Ireland. Founded in 2015 by Louise McGuane, J.J. Corry sources spirit from multiple distilleries and matures it at their Atlantic rackhouse in Cooraclare Farm.

Matured in Kentucky bourbon cask #11228, this whisky is bottled at 50.9% ABV, capturing the full character developed over two decades. The extended aging has created a complex spirit with refined characteristics typical of well-aged Irish whisky.

The nose reveals an elegant interplay of tropical fruit notes—pineapple, mango, and peach—complemented by grassy and spicy accents.
