Isle of Tiree Single Malt unveils its inaugural Single Cask Release with Cask E7, marking a significant milestone for this Scottish distillery. This strictly limited bottling has been matured in an ex-bourbon quarter cask and represents an exciting new chapter for the brand.

Cask E7 is a pure single malt from the Islands region, matured in the characterful ex-bourbon quarter cask. These smaller vessels provide intense contact between spirit and wood, resulting in a concentrated and complex dram. The release is extremely limited in quantity, making this bottling highly sought-after by collectors and enthusiasts alike.

Tasting Profile: On the nose, a perfumed character emerges with peppery notes and a struck-match element. The palate reveals peppery and sherried aspects with leathery undertones. The finish is dry and spiced with leafy notes that fade gracefully.
