Isle of Harris Distillery unveils The Hearach Oloroso, a single malt Scotch whisky that bridges two distinct whisky traditions. This release harmonizes the craftsmanship of Andalusian oak preparation with the cool Atlantic climate of the Hebrides, delivering a whisky of remarkable depth and complexity.

The Hearach Oloroso is matured in authentic Oloroso casks from Jerez, Spain. These broad-chested casks begin their life in the heat of Andalusia, where the coopers of José y Miguel Martín carefully craft them, before making the long journey to Harris. The interplay between the warmth of Spanish oak and the cool Hebridean climate creates a distinctive maturation environment.
