Himmaleh Spirits unveils the Himalayan Cask Program – a rare single malt whisky born in the Kumaon region of the Indian Himalayas. This exclusive program offers collectors the opportunity to own individual casks, each shaped by high-altitude terroir, locally cultivated six-row barley, and pristine glacial spring water. Every cask tells a story of authenticity and craft that cannot be replicated.

Each whisky is crafted with barley sourced from local farmers and glacial spring water from the Himalayan peaks. Distillation occurs in copper Forsyths pot stills, followed by maturation in ex-Bourbon barrels across three to eight years in the Himalayan foothills. Each cask yields between 168 and 285 bottles, representing a unique expression shaped by altitude, heritage, and individual taste.

Cask owners receive far more than whisky. The program includes VIP distillery visits for up to four guests, private access to the exclusive Cask Owners' Lounge, ceremonial tastings at bottling, and invitations to exclusive Himmaleh events. Owners collaborate with the master distiller to select their preferred flavor profile before bottling, ensuring a personal connection to their whisky.

This is whisky as a status symbol – not for its price, but for its provenance, rarity, and deep connection to the Himalayan mountains and community.
