   Step 1: Combine the orange juice, whiskey, soy sauce, honey, mustard, garlic, and olive oil in a bowl to create a smooth marinade.

   Step 2: Cut the chicken breasts into evenly sized cubes and marinate them in the mixture for at least 2 hours in the refrigerator.

   Step 3: Thread the marinated chicken pieces, bell pepper, and pineapple chunks onto wooden skewers that have been soaked in water.

   Step 4: Preheat the barbecue to medium heat and grill the skewers for 10-15 minutes, turning frequently and basting with the remaining marinade.
