Whisky Grilled Lamb Rack

    Mix the Irish whiskey, olive oil, crushed garlic, lemon juice, rosemary, thyme, salt, and pepper in a bowl to create a marinade.

    Place the lamb rack in a shallow dish and pour the marinade over it, ensuring the meat is completely covered. Marinate in the refrigerator for at least 4 hours, preferably overnight.

    Preheat the grill to medium-high heat.

    Remove the lamb rack from the marinade and let it drain. Reserve the marinade.

    Grill the lamb rack for about 15 minutes on each side, basting with the reserved marinade, until the meat is medium-rare.
