Classic Old Fashioned
The Old Fashioned is one of the oldest and most iconic whisky cocktails. A perfect balance of bourbon, bitters and a hint of sweetness.

Instructions

Place a sugar cube in an old fashioned glass.

Add 2-3 dashes of Angostura bitters onto the sugar cube.

Add a splash of water and muddle until sugar is dissolved.

Add large ice cubes to the glass.
- 5
Pour 60ml bourbon or rye whiskey over the ice.
- 6
Stir gently for 20-30 seconds to chill and combine.
- 7
Garnish with an orange peel and optionally a cocktail cherry.
