St. Kilian Distillers is located in Rüdenau, Germany, founded in 2016 by David F. Hynes, Andreas Thümmler, and Mario Rudolf. As a relatively new player in the whisky industry, the distillery has quickly established itself with a focus on traditional production techniques while embracing modern innovation. St. Kilian operates under the ownership of its founders, who are dedicated to crafting a distinct whisky experience. With an annual production capacity of 200,000 liters, St. Kilian utilizes a variety of equipment, including copper pot stills and traditional wooden fermentation vessels.
