Raasay Distillery is situated on the picturesque Isle of Raasay in Scotland's Islands region. Founded in 2017 by Bill Dobbie and Alasdair Day, the distillery is a relatively new addition to the Scottish whisky landscape, yet it has quickly established a reputation for quality. With an annual production capacity of 94,000 liters, Raasay Distillery utilizes two pot stills, one with a capacity of 5,000 liters and the other 3,600 liters.
