Located on the southern coast of Islay, Scotland, Lagavulin Distillery was founded in 1816 and has since become a hallmark of the region’s whisky heritage. With an annual production capacity of approximately 1,400,000 liters, Lagavulin employs ten fermenters, each with a capacity of 22,000 liters, alongside a 4-ton mashtun.
