Dingle Distillery is located in the picturesque town of Dingle, Ireland, and was founded in 2012 by Oliver Hughes, Liam LaHart, and Peter Mosley. As a relatively new addition to the Irish whisky scene, it has quickly gained recognition for its innovative approach and commitment to quality. The distillery is proudly independent, allowing it to maintain a unique identity and produce whiskies that reflect its local heritage. With a production capacity focused on small batches, Dingle utilizes traditional triple distillation methods to craft both Single Pot Still and Single Malt whiskies. The distillery's equipment includes custom-designed pot stills that enhance the character of its spirits.
