Since its inception, Aber Falls has been committed to using locally sourced ingredients, supporting the regional economy and promoting Welsh heritage through its spirits. With a production capacity that reflects its artisanal approach, Aber Falls distillery utilizes traditional copper pot stills and carefully selected local barley. The whisky exhibits a rich flavor profile characterized by sweetness, fruit, and hints of vanilla, sherry, and caramel on the nose.
