Walsh Whiskey is an Irish whiskey producer founded in 1999 by husband and wife Bernard and Rosemary Walsh. Based in Carlow, their distillery is one of the largest independent manual whiskey distilleries in Ireland and the first to be established in the county in over 200 years.
