Tenjaku, whose name translates to "Lark" in English, is a Japanese whisky brand from the portfolio of Minami Alps Wine & Beverage Company Ltd. The whisky is created in the city of Fuefuki, located in the eastern part of the Kofu Basin in the Yamanashi district of Japan. Distributed internationally under Palladium Brands, Tenjaku has steadily built a presence in key markets including the United States and Europe. Tenjaku offers a diverse portfolio that reflects both accessibility and craftsmanship. Their flagship blended whisky is made with corn and barley, aged in American white oak bourbon barrels, delivering an approachable and clean style. The Pure Malt expression is distilled from 100% malted barley in copper pot stills and matured for 5–6 years in bourbon barrels, bottled at 43% ABV. Beyond these core expressions, Tenjaku Spirits also offers single malt expressions and limited-edition cask finishes, showcasing the brand's ambition to explore a wider range of flavour profiles rooted in Japanese whisky-making tradition.
