Secret Speyside is a carefully curated collection of rare single malt Scotch whiskies launched by Chivas Brothers (Pernod Ricard) in June 2019. The range draws its liquid from four of Speyside's most enigmatic and sought-after distilleries, including the now-silent Caperdonich distillery, offering whisky lovers a rare opportunity to explore some of Scotland's most elusive distillery characters. At the time of its launch, it represented Chivas Brothers' biggest-ever single malt release. The collection comprises 15 rare single malts, each aged between 18 and 30 years, making it an exceptionally mature and prestigious lineup. Every expression carries its own rich and unique character, shaped by years of careful maturation in a variety of cask types, including ex-bourbon barrels and sherry hogsheads. Prices range from £88 to £875 per bottle, reflecting the rarity and age of the whiskies included. Among the distilleries represented is Longmorn, which has built a dedicated fan base through its inclusion in the portfolio.
