FEW Spirits is a craft distillery based in Evanston, Illinois, founded by Paul Hletko. The name FEW is a tribute to Frances Elizabeth Willard, a famous temperance leader and Evanston native whose initials adorn the brand — an ironic nod given that Evanston was a famously dry city for much of its history. The distillery is notable for being one of the first to legally produce spirits in Evanston after the end of Prohibition-era restrictions in the area.
